ORACLE FUSION CRM SALES READINESS

The last 12 months have been incredibly active for Oracle CRM solutions:

  • We successfully launched Fusion CRM, now recognized by analysts as a leader and delivering, quarter after quarter, breathtaking new features and functions.

  • We completed the acquisition of RightNow, the undisputed leader in Cloud based Customer Service Solutions.

  • We acquired Vitrue and Collective Intellect, two market leading Social Media Marketing and Monitoring solutions.
